علبة تونة مصفية من الماء او الزيت
2بيض مسلوق
50غ زيتون اخضر
50غ زيتون اسود
حبة بصلة كبيرة
2حبات طماطم
2ملاعق زيت زيتون
2ملاعق خل احمر او ابيض او عصير ليمون
التحضير
نشوي الفلفل ونضعه في كيس بلا ستيكي يعرق تم نقشروه بلا ما نغسلوه حتى يحافظ على نكهة الشوي تم نتخلص من الماء اللدي داخل الطماطم تم نشويها ونقشرها تم نشوي البصلة ونقشرها تم نلف راس التوم في ورق المنيوم وندخله للفرن يشوى حتى يصير كاراميليزي عندها نخرجه ونقشره تم نضع كل الخضار المشوية في محضرة الطعام مع اضافة الزيتون الاخضر ونطحنه بشكل متقطع حتى تطحن الشلاطة بشكل خشن شوية عندها نسكبها في طبق التقديم الخاصة بالسلطة ونضع التونة في الوسط ونزين داير بالبيض والزيتون الاسود وتقدمبعد ان تتبل بعصير الليمون وزيت الزيتون بلا ما ننسو الملح ورشة فلفل اسود
