1000غ لوبيا خضراء راس ثوم 200غ زيتون اخضر عصير ليمونة 5 سل خل ابيض 10غ ملح او حسب الرغبة 8سل زيت زيتون 200غ فلفل احمر مقطع اصابع حبة فلفل اخضر حار حسب الرغبة ماء حسب الحاجة
التحضير
نغسل الوبيا الخضراء جيدا ثم نقوم بسلقها في ماء وملح حتى تنضج ثم نرفعها ونضعها في ماء مثلج حتى تحافظ على لونها الاخضر ثم نعقم البرطمان في الماء المغلي ونضع فيه اللوبيا والثوم اللدي نزعنا منه الرشيم اللدي داخله و طهوناه على البخار ثم نضيف الزيتون الاخضر و الفلفل الحلو و الحار ثم نتبل بالملج والفلفل الاسود وعود زعتر ثم نضيف عصير الليمون وزيت الزيتون و الماء حتى يتغطى كامل سطح اللوبيا بالماء عندها نغلق البرطمان ونعيده قليلا في الماء المغلي مدة 5د ثم نخرجه ونتركه يبرد
ملاحظة
نحفظه في البراد او خارجه مدة 15يوم ثم نتناوله لكن عند فتح البرطمان يرجو ان نحتفظ به في البراد امن
الفلفل الحار نتركه صحيح مانقطعه لاننا نحتاج منه اطعم اكثر مش حرارتو
