Statement by the senior committee of Fatwa in Saudi Arabia

All praise to Allah the lord of both worlds, and prayers and blessings be upon the last messenger Muhammad, His family, Companions and those who follow them on there path till last day:
The senior committee of Fatwa in Saudi Arabia has been following with a deep sorrow and pain on what is still going with our brothers in Islam in Palestine and what is going on particularly in Gaza, the aggression and killing of children, women and old people, and the Violation of the sanctity, destroying buildings, and public properties, as well as spreading the fear among people, and without doubt that this is crime and injustice against the Palestinian people.
And with this bad situation Muslims should stand with their Palestinian brothers, help them ,and make an effort to remove the oppression on them with all possible means to achieve the Islamic brotherhood and Iman relationship,
Allah Almighty says (The Believers are but single brotherhood) (Al-Hujurat 10),
And HE also says (The Believers, men and women, are protectors, one of another) (Al-Touba 71),
And the Prophet -peace and blessings be upon him- says: (The bond of brotherhood between two Muslims are like parts of a house or a building, one part strengthen and hold the other, and then He crossed the fingers of one hand between these of other to elucidate and illustrate the point.) (Agreed upon).
And He -peace and blessings be upon him- Also said: (The Muslims in their mutual love, kindness and compassion, are like the human body, where when one of its parts is in pain the intire body feels the pair both in sleepless and fever.) (Agreed upon).
And He -peace and blessings be upon him- also said: (a Muslim is the brother of another Muslim, he neither betrays him nor tells him lies, nor humiliates him.) (by Muslim).
And full Support consists of many things according to the ability and considering the emotional and financials, whether it is from The General population of Muslims by money, food, medicine, clothes, ….etc. or from Islamic and Arab countries in facilitating the reach of these assistances and with sincerity in helping them and with strong support their matters and their cause in international and local conferences, associations and assemblies, and all that as Allah Almighty says : (Help ye one another in righteousness and piety) (Al-Maidah 2)
Similarly, offering the advice to them, provide gaudiness to what involves good to them, and it includes one great thing which is prayers (Du’a) for them in all time to eliminate their calamity and difficulty, and make their deeds right.
We also advise our brothers in Palestine to fear Allah Almighty and go back to Him, as well we advise them to apply true unity, and keep away from disagreement and disunity. So you do not give a chance to the enemy that has been taking use of your issues and will start making more attacks because of these issues.
And we seriously encourage our brothers to act on eliminating all the aggression on their behalf and truly make their actions with total sincerity to Allah and to please Him, with a Usage of prayers and patience, and to consult the people of Advice, Wisdom and Knowledge the scholars (Al Ulam’a) all times, as it is a singe for success.
We call upon all Rational people around world and the international community to review this disaster with reason and fairness to give the people of Palestine their full rights, and eliminate the oppression on them so they may have a good life, at the same time we thank all who participated (individuals & countries) in their Support.
And we ask Allah Almighty with his great names and his high attributes:
To left this difficulties off this Umah, and raise this religion,
and raise His word and support his Awliy’a (Rightful followers),
and disappoints His enemies,
by making their preparation turn against them,
and keep their evils away from Muslims,
He is all powerful .
