The furore over Real Madrid's controversial penalty award on Sunday night has extended across the Clasico trench lines with Sergio Ramos shrugging off Gerard Pique's attack on referees.
Following Bruno Soriano's handball incidents against both the Merengues and Barcelona, the Catalan centre-back took to Twitter to list off eight points he felt have swayed the title race in Madrid's favour.
"I would have been surprised if he'd have put [Lionel] Messi on there," Ramos remarked to reporters. "We already know about Pique's world, where everything's a plot against him.
"The referees have a difficult job, we have to try and make them more comfortable."
Turning his attention back to the 3-2 win at Estadio de la Ceramica, Ramos spoke of his satisfaction at coming from behind to claim three huge points.
"It was important to win, above all on a mental level," the defender added. "The margins are minimal and the teams are tightening.
"The title will go down to the final day, as in football the difference becomes less and less from one team to the next."
