أدنى الأرض في القرآن الكريم

قال تعالى الم (1) غُلِبَتِ الرُّومُ (2) فِي أَدْنَى الْأَرْضِ وَهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ غَلَبِهِمْ سَيَغْلِبُونَ (3) فِي بِضْعِ سِنِينَ لِلَّهِ الْأَمْرُ مِنْ قَبْلُ وَمِنْ بَعْدُ وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ (4) بِنَصْرِ اللَّهِ يَنْصُرُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ (5)سورة الروم

تتضمن الآية القرآنية تحديد المكان الذي حدثت فيه المعركة الأولى بين الفرس و الروم و الذي غُلبت فيه الروم ، و تحديد بأن هذا المكان هو أخفض منطقة على سطح الأرض ( فِي أَدْنَى الْأَرْضِ ) ، و هذة معلومة يستحيل معرفتها إلى زمن قريب إلا عن طريق مسح الأقمار الصناعية ..
ونجد أن كتب التفسير تخبرنا أن المعركة وقعت في أقرب أرض الروم إلى أرض العرب وهي أغوار البحر الميت أي المنطقة المحيطة بهذا البحر.
وسنعرض على حضراتكم تأكيد جميع المراجع العلمية أن منطقة البحر الميت هي أخفض منطقة على سطح الأرض ، و أن منطقة البحر الميت تنخفض عن سطح البحر بمقدار 390 متر :

The Dead Sea Depression is an extensive area of land that is below sea level. It contains the Dead Sea, the Sea of Galilee, a portion of the Jordan River, large areas of cultivated land and many communities. The shoreline of the Dead Sea is the lowest dry land on Earth. It is approximately 413 meters below sea level. However, this elevation is constantly changing. The surface of the Dead Sea rises and falls as precipitation, evaporation, irrigation, salt production and other natural and human activities consume the water of the Jordan River, the Dead Sea and its tributaries.

Being that small it is very easy to go around Jordan and enjoy the fascinating landscapes, in Jordan you can be in the middle of a forest and in less than one hour you can be in the middle of a desert, or from a thousand meters above sea level to 390 m. below sea level, you can even enjoy swimming in the warm Dead Sea in a cold winter day with heavy rains in Amman half an hour away.

METHOD: The ATP level and the activities of hexokinase (HK), phosphofructokinase-1 (PFK-1) and pyruvate kinase (PK) in red blood cells (RBC) were measured in 50 school students 6-12 yr of age in the Jordan Valley (JV) which is the lowest region below sea level in the world (low altitude: 390 m below sea level, hyperoxic and with an average daily value of 796 mmHg barometric pressure) and in 50 school students of the same age group in Irbid region (normal altitude: 600 m above sea level and with an average daily value of 600 mmHg barometric pressure). The same parameters were measured also in 40 school students at sea level. RESULTS: A significant decrease in HK and PFK-1 activities and an increase in ATP level in the low altitude region, while no significant change in PK activity in JV-group when compared to Irbid and to the sea level control groups. Possible explanations will be discussed to interpret these observations.
