I disagree with you on this one:
black sheep""
it doesn't mean a bad person, it mean someone who's not like the others, or someone who doesn't fit the standard for example : the back sheep of the family
it could mean someone who's totally different from his brothers and sisters in his behaviours, kind of eccentric

Me too i disagree with you about what you have already explained....because on general black colour indicates for the bad things and not the different one...
