Ouyahia warned the rebel professional clubs
أويحي يحذر الأندية في القسم الممتاز التي لا تستجيب للمرسوم الجديد Algiers- Prime Minister Ahmed Ouyahia, has signed a new executive decree amending the Executive Order 60-264 of 2006, relating to professional sports clubs, following the report of the Trust represented in the person of the Minister of Youth and Sports Hachemi Djiar. The said Executive Order requires from professional sports clubs the opening of their capital to anyone wishing to participate in the purchase of shares of any club, regardless of the nature of that person. Premier warns clubs who would fail to conform to the implementation of the Executive Order amended. The withdrawal of approval will be one of the major actions in such cases to require rebel clubs to comply with the requirements of law and to allow Algerian football be on the road to professionalism. This Executive Order comes to confirm the desire of the Algerian government to develop the professional football draft, when many clubs of first and second divisions skimp yet to open their capital. JSK, for instance, still refuses to implement this first step on the ground although the law is clear in this regard. This executive order puts professional clubs before the fait accompli; it is particularly clear about deterrents against recalcitrant clubs. It will also allow the realization of the project that has experienced many obstacles and problems in its first season. Ennahar / Yacine A |
