Really the operation of teaching is very difficult
Only skillful persons could fulfill it
Teaching is an art before to be a set of informations
Some teachers with a limited knowledge used intelligently can help better than others with Wilde knowledge used badly
Ther are different ways of teaching
Some teachers focus on their own experience and how they understand things.they put themselves the point central
Others focus to understand how effectively students respond and what they desire
May be ,the best is to mix between the two and to be always up to date
I say this according to my little experience
