Treason & Machination at the university of laghouat "departement english

4years has passed since the opening of the english language departement at the university of laghouat
this year the first students graduated and everyone thought they would get a BA degree of english
but they were shocked
cuz they got an educational BA degree (only for teaching at secondary and midle school)
that means
no MA degree
no ph.d degree
no teaching at the university
no studies abroad
can anyone help us,we the students of 1st 2nd & 3rd year,
cuz we don't want to waste time

This is shocking...is it because they didn't get the right grade or the University doesn't provide it?

And why can't you study in an other city other than Laghouat
