It must establish and realize towns especially for cinema and drama television….
At scenario and production and realization ….
Create at allover Algeria without exception workshops for youth in order to learn at domains of cinema
And other workshops for learning the 3DSUDIO MAX ( infography 3D) and the computer program or software for creating the video-games….And the infography…. for integrating the youth more in life of creation of films and cartoons…
These young are learning by professors come from for example USA , FRANCE , SYRIA, INDIA , JAPAN , SOUTH KOREA.
In reopening the closed cinema or movie theaters…
The first class or year owns all supports for realizing what it is learning...for example ANSEJ, CNAC, ANJEM.
