التغيير الذي ينشده الجزائريون

لا شك أن الساحة في الجزائرهذه الأيام ، هي أيضا قد بدأت تعرف نوعا من الحراك السياسي الذي يعبرعن الرغبة في التغييرالشامل للوضع السائد ، وهذا ما يتجلى في تلك المظاهرات والإحتجاجات التي تظهر هنا وهناك .
إلا أن ما يلاحظ على هذه التحركات والإحتجاجات هو أنها غامضة في دوافعها وأهدافها التي تسعى إليها ، ولذلك لم تستطع إستقطاب الفئات الشعبية لها ، بالرغم من محاولة الظهورفي الشارع عدة مرات ، وبالرغم من التغطية الإعلامية المحلية والأجنبية التي حظيت بها في ميادين تحركها .
إن ما يفسر عدم استجابة المواظنين لهذه الدعوات للتظاهر والإحتجاج ــ في رأينا الخاص ــ هو أن المواطن الجزائري قد بلغ درجة عالية من الوعي السياسي ، تفوق تلك التي يدعيها بعض السياسيين الإنتهازيين الذين حاولوا ركوب موجات التغيير التي تجتاح العالم العربي اليوم ، لكنهم تانسوا بأن الشعب الجزائري ، لم ولن ينس لهم مواقفهم السياسية الشاذة شكلا ومضمونا ، والبعيدة كل البعد عن مقوماته وخصوصياته الحضارية .
إن هذا لا يعني أننا ضد أي مسعى للتغيير ، بل كنا ، ومازلنا ، وسنبقى من الدعين للتغيير، فقد طالبنا بالتغيير منذ سنوات التسعينات ، وعبرنا عن ذلك بعشرات المقالات المنشورة في الجرائد والمجلات ، وكانت معظمها تحت عناوين ’’حتميات التغيير‘‘ ومازلنا نكتب عبروسائل الإعلام الإلكترونية ومن خلال المنابرالإعلامية المتوفرة عن ضرورة التغيير الحقيقي الذي يجرجنا من ديمقراطية الواجهة ، وما جلبته لنا مفاسد ، إلى ديمقراطية الممارسة التي تتجسد فيها الإرادة الشعبية ، وتفعل المجالس الرقابية على كل مؤسسات الدولة من أعلاها إلى أدناها .
أن التغيير المطلوب في الجزائر، هو تغيير أفكارأهل السلطة والقرار، وذلك من خلال ضرورة إستحضارالماضي القريب بما فيه من ’’مآسي‘‘ لا يجب الرجوع إليها إطلاقا ، واستقراء الواقع بكل حكمة وموضوعية دون الهروب منه أو القفز عليه ، واستشراف المستقبل الذي تتطلع إليه أجيال الشباب الجزائري ، هذا المستقل الذي يجب أن تتحمل فيه المسؤولية الكبرى هذه الأجيال الصاعدة ، التي قد بلغت من النضج السياسي ما يؤهلها لصنع مستقبلها بنفسها .
وأختم القول بهذه الحكمة التي أراها صالحة للجميع حيث تقول: ’’ إن كل طريق يبدأ بخطوة ، وكل أمل عظيم يبدأ بفكرة صادقة ، وكل ما يبدوا مستحيلا يهون أمام الإرادة والإسرار ، فالبداية بالفلاح ، والنهاية بالنجاح ، إن شاء اللـه ...آميــــــــــن .

سننتظرهم حتى يتوبوا إلى الله ويعودوا إلى رشدهم ... وسينزل عليهم الإيمان وحب الجزائر والتقوى ....

الحمد لله نحن واعون .... ومدركون ... وفطنون ...

آه ....حان وقت رجوعي لسريري ...

و أنا كمواطن مصرى أقول أنى مع كل تغيير يرتضيه الشعب الجزائرى و أدعو الله أن يكون سلميا فليس بالضرورة أن يسقط ضحايا و أنا كنت فى ميدان التحرير و رأيت الكثير من الدماء هناك و لعل الكل كام يتابع عبر الفضائيات و لكن على سبيل المثال الهجوم بالجمال على الشاشات كان حوالى دقيقة و فى الواقع إستمرت هذه الحملة عدة ساعات
و الرائع فى ميدان التحرير كان وضوح الهدف
و أنا أدعو كل جزائرى إلى رفض أى شكل من أشكال التظاهر يكون الهدف منه غير واضح أو غير معلن أو يعرض أمن الدولة الجزائرية للخطر

الحقيقة ما اوافقه كثيرا في مقالك هو وعي الشعب الجزائري سياسيا و كنت دائما اردد هذه الكلمة .
لقد تعلم الشعب الجزائري كثيرا من السياسة ما لم يتعلمه شعب آخر بل تعلم افضل من رؤساء الاحزاب و المنضمات ..

لكن في الشعب الجزائري ميزة . ..

هو انه يعرف متى يتحرك ليغير واذا تحرك لن يتوقف .. وهذه النقطة بالذات حاربها النظام بقوة منذ زمن بان استعمل سياسة فرق تسد . ولم يفلح فيها الى حد بعيد . لكنه استعملها بقوة في الجامعات والمعاهد و نجح .
بالرغم من انها بدات تتلاشى هذه الايام .. ..

ومن جهة أخرى تولد من الشعب الجزائري نظام شرس في سياسته .
فبعدما مر على سياسة العنف و الرصاص صار يتبع سياسة أخرى ذكية .. يلاطف بها الشعب ..
واكبر عنصر متن النظام اليوم هو الخزينة الممتلئة .. فاستعملها كاسلوب في خططه .

الشعب مرتاح الى حد كبير بعدم عودة العنف الى الساحة الوطنية و متفائل ان التغيير حتما سيكون . لكن ليس الان .
