مع كل احتراماتي اريد ان اضيف ملاحظة لاحظتها في المجال التربوي و هي ملاحظة استنتجتها من خلال متابعتي لاحوال المؤسسات التعليمية و التعرف على طرق حساب المعدلات و........و.........عرفت ان معدل المادة يحسب بجمع التقويم المستمر+الفرض1+الفرض2قسمة 3 في2 +الامتحان(في3)على5 بالنسبة للمواد الاساسية.في هذه الحالة و حسب قوانين السيد ابو بكر بن بوزيد ان التقويم المستمر لمساعدة التلميذ لكن الاساتذة دائما يظرون من الناحية السلبية للتلميذ فمثلا استاذ ما يريد ان يقيم احد التلاميذ فيقول مثلا هذا التلميذ لا يتحرك و لا يشارك مثله كمثل الطاولة التي يجلس عليها فيضع له 5من20 و تلميذ اخر مجتهد لكنه فوضوي ولا يصمت ابدا و يحب الفوضى....و يضع له5من20.ما اردت ان اوضحه هو ان التلميذ مضلوم ففي المرة الاولى عندما لاحظ الاستاذ حسن تصرف التلميذ و تاديبه يضع له العلامة من حيث الاجتهاد و الاخر مجتهد لكن علامته من ناحية السلوك.هذه اولا و ثانيا التلميذ اذا خذ مثلا معدل16.23 فهذا ليس معدله الحقيقي لان التقويم ينعكس سلبا على التلميذ المجتهد فبدل ان يكون معدله 20 من 20 مثلا في الرياضيات بالتقويم سينقص فمستحيل ان يوضع له 20 في التقويم لهذا فانا ضد التقويم المستمر لماذا لا يعود الوضع كما كان في القديم...هذه و جهة نظري انا و اريد آراءكم...اتمنى ان يتحقق هذا...

لا يا اخي الكريم هذا عند بعض الاساتذة فقط بل الاخرون لا يهتمون لا للمشاركة ولا لاي شيء مما ذكرت فقط ينظرون من الجهة السلبية للتلميذ.

وإذا قلت أخي أن التقويم وضع لمساعدة التلاميذ في الانتقال السهل فهي نقطة مجانية
الكثير من الاساتذة لايعطون أقل من 10 في التقويم

أمّا بعد :
لقد قرأت الرسالة الموجهة للسيد وزير التربية ، و قرأت التعاليق عليها ، لكن الملاحظ مع إحترامي الكبير و المجل لكل المعلمين في كل الأطوار ، أرى أنّ السادة و السيدات الذين هم في الميدان يحتاجون إلى تكوين تربوي جاد ، و خاصة الجدد منهم ، فمن العيب علينا في عصر الأنترنيت أن يجهل المدرس استعمال الحاسوب ، كما يجب منح حاسوب لكل مدرس و من الأفضل أن يكون محمولا لاستعماله في أي مجال كان .
كما ألفت سيادة الوزير أنّ المدرّس هو الوحيد المرتبط بعمله و تحتم ذلك الضرورة الملحة فتأخره محسوب و غيابه لا يعوض ، و من أجل اإحتفاظ على الفئة الفاعلة في هذا المجال يجب أن يكون راتب المدرس أكبر من راتب المدير و المفتش ، فمدرائنا و مفتشينا يستطيعون ممارسة عمل إضافي و هم يمارسون . و شكرا

كاين مشكل اكبر من التقويم المستمر المشكل هو ان الجزائر حطمت الرقم القياسي فالحفظ مثلاالتاريخوالجغرافيا عندنا فالبكالوريا تحفظ كل الدروس+التواريخ الاحداث+الشخصيات+المصطلحات وتزيد تحوس على الشخصيات والتواريخ والمصطلحات وحدك بدون دعم الاستاذ في الانترنيت او شراء الكتب من المكتبة اوخلي المواد الاخرين الله يعطي الصبر والقدرة على التحمل

إن المناهج تحث الأساتذة على التقويم بتقنيات بيداغوجية متميزة تخضع لثلاث معايير عملية معرفية و وجدانية من خلال شبكة تقويم جماعية وبطاقات تقويم فردية تحمل الجانب الصحي البسيكلوجي الجسدي و السوسيو إجتماعي للمتعلم و التقويم ثلاث أنواع تقويم تشخيصي في بداية التعلم و تقويم تكويني اثناء التعلم و تقويم تحصيلى في نهاية التعلم و الهدف من التقويم ليس العلامة. بل الهدف الأساسي هو العلاج البيبداغوجي و التغذية الراجعة من أجل تعديل التعلم و إصلاح المكتسبات الخاطئة و يكون التقويم جماعي - تبادلي تقويم ذاتي و هذا الأخير هو الأنجع بالنسبة اليك اخي الطالب أن تكتشف خطأك بمفردك و تصححه بنفسك أو بمساعدة .
أنصحك أخي الطالب أن تثق بنفسك و أن تقيم ذاتك بالنسبة لتقدمك في معارفك من جهة و من جهة أخرى أن تقييم ذاتك بالنسبة لأقرانك حتى تعرف مستواك داخل قسمك.
و ثابر واجتهد أما العلامة و طريقة وضعها فاترك كل أستاذ لضميره و اصبر و احتسب يكون النجاح حليفك بإذن الله.
