ملح حسب الرغبة
نصف كأس زيت
لحم أو دجاج حسب الرغبة
بطاطا فلفل اخضر
بيض للزينة
أولا نجيبي الكوكوط ديالك تحطي فيها البصلة المقطعه ديري الزيت واللحم والبهار آت وتخليها على النار مع التحريك حوالي 6 دقائق
تضيفي الطماطم بعد ما ترحيها وتزيدي الطماطم المصبره
تكوني موجدة البطاطا ومقاطعتها دوائر وتضيفها ومبعد تكبي الماء السخون تغطي الخضرا بيه وتغلقي على الكوكوط وتخليها 30 دقيقة
وإذا حبيتي تضيفي لها الحمص
الي سئلت واش من دشيشة تقصدي مرمز ولا فريك لأنو كل وحده وطريقة طبخها

تكوني موجدة البطاطا ومقاطعتها دوائر وتضيفها ومبعد تكبي الماء السخون تغطي الخضرا بيه وتغلقي على الكوكوط وتخليها 30 دقيقة
وإذا حبيتي تضيفي لها الحمص تقدري
واش من تشيشه حابة الفريك ولا المرمز
