صينيه لذيذه والأغلبيه أكيد يعرفها واللي مايعرفها ولا قد سواها يسويها

لأنها من جد حلوه ...



المقادير:


صدرين دجاج مقطع مكعبات ..

بصله مقطعه قطع صغار ..

زيت + ملح + بهارات + صوص الصويا + كزبره ناشفه + فلفل اسود ..

فلفل بارد مقطع مكعبات صغار ..

حبة بطاطس مقطعه مكعبات ومقليه في الزيت ..

خبز توست منزوع الأطراف ..

صوص مكون من ( 3 ملاعق جبن سايل + علبة قشطه + ملعقة مايونيز )


الطريقه :


يحمس الدجاج مع البصل والزيت توضع عليه البهارات والملح والصوص

والفلفل والكزبره يترك الى ان ينضج وبعد ذلك يوضع عليه الفلفل البارد

والبطاطس المقلي .. يترك قليلا على النار






يوضع طبقه من خبز التوست في صينيه ..






نضع الدجاج فوق التوست ..







نضع طبقة توست أخرى ...







نضع الصوص ( الجبن + القشطه + المايونيز ) فوق طبقة الخبز ..







نحمرها في الفرن في الشوايه من فوق وتقدم ساخنه وبالعافيه ...
